Windows Virtual Desktop for On-Premises scenarios
Windows Virtual Desktop will be available as a Microsoft Azure Service later this year. The idea is great - full Windows Client Desktop with Semi Annual Channel and full Office 365 Support but the most common feedback when I present Windows Virtual desktop to partners and customers is that they want to have this technology On-Premises. So please provide Windows 10 based RDS Host technology for On-Premises Deployments with full Office 365 Support and Semi Annual Channel Release cadence.

Need on-premise Windows Server 2019 RDS DesktopSessions with GPU acceleration to allow Knowledge workers some GPU performance improvements when using browser and other applications that have limited needs but do need some GPU hardware acceleration.

Customers decide whether they want to work on premise or in the cloud. Windows Server 2016 is not an alternative, we need a reasonable solution, not all programs run in the cloud at a reasonable cost. Gives us Windows 10 Multi Session version as local installation.

I work for a fortune 10 company and we have many areas where we cannot use this. We really need this on-prem.

If its only available in Azure the costs are very hard to budget. Also if your org is invested in Office 365 LTSC Server SKU is a step backwards. Any admin who has to deal with the current short comings of Server 2016 needs an on prem solution as many will have the hardware in place.

Hello, we are a university with many locations and have been looking forward to Windows Virtual Desktop. Because we could offer such a better service. Unfortunately, we can not go to the cloud for privacy reasons, because here are also research results in our data center. Therefore, we would be pleased if Microsoft would offer the Windows Virtual Desktop solution on-premise.

There are so many high security areas that are not ready for the cloud. You should really consider allowing this on-prem

My customers would embrace this in a heartbeat if it were on premises
