RD client for Linux
Create a Linux RDP client with full features like RemoteApp, rdgw-udp support. This client can also benefit the thin clients out there and possibly ubuntu phone.
It shouldn't be too hard as there already used to be a linux client from iTop (now owned by MS), the open source development xfreerdp is quite far and there is already a android client out there.
The most beneficial would be zero-clients with supported RDP client.
Something like RDCMan on Linux would be nice. If MS can work with KDE on KRDC that would be amazing
I remember iTap worked perfectly, was the only stable RDP client with RD Gateway support at the time.
I don't think we're asking for anything new here. RD worked like a charm with Ubuntu until a few weeks ago. Now it's broken.
I don't know about others, but I have two versions of Remote Desktop on my Windows 10 machine. One (the one in Windows Accessories) works, but doesn't allow concurrent connections to two hosts. The other (the one in the Apps menu--it has a bright orange interface, and it used to allow concurrent connections and full-screen displays) doesn't work anymore. "Protocol error"
Please make linux and mac os official app.. i love this app and this would bring much better functionality
Linux client please, RHEL/Centos 6/7. Ubuntu 14.04, 15.10
Remote Desktop for Ubuntu Linux - when will? Or Microsoft doesn't like Linux!?
