  2. Have options to swap the command and alt keys and enable Fn lock

Currently I'm using two different apps, one to swap command and alt so that in Windows I have Ctrl, Win, and Alt in order, then another app to enable Fn lock so I don't have to hold Fn key when using Alt+F4.

  4. The cursor color does not change properly

When I RDP from a Mac to a Windows computer with SQL Server Management studio, I can't see my cursor if the background color in SSMS is black.

  5. Support for 3rd party SSO (bypass pre-auth "enablecredsspsupport:i:0" ).

V10 beta and retail builds fail RDC connection to RDS. Server = S2012 R2. Using SSO provider pGina - fork.
V8 works to connect, but looks like it's planed to be deprecated soon.
RDC V10 for mac appears force pre-auth with no way to work around it.
With Windows10 RDC we pass in "enablecredsspsupport:i:0" to bypass pre-auth and users are presented with the Desktop login screen and then can select the SSO provider UI login option.

  7. Allow columns in Connection Center to be resized

I’d like to be able to resize the columns and shrink the Connection Center window horizontally. I can’t seem to make it smaller than 650 points.

  8. In full screen mode, been able to desactivate the top bar.

In full screen mode, been able to desactivate the top bar, it is most annoying when we want to hit the close option on a full screen window. It pops up every time the mouse gets to the to of the screen.

  9. Add Note field to Remote Desktop Window

It would be nice to have an extra Notes field in the detail Edit Remote Desktop window.
You would save the useful information related to Remote Desktop

  10. Allow Full Screen of 2 out of 3 Monitors

I have three monitors, but only want to use 2 of the 3 for my Remote Desktop Client. I would love to see this feature.

  11. Function Keys

Mac defaults to using Function keys as special keys like brightness and volume. I use those key in mac. When I remote to Windows I want the functions keys to be regular function keys rather than special mac keys. Give an option to use function keys as function keys while running in RDP.

  14. Option to Disable Command Q

Currently the App Shortcuts component of the Keyboard System Preferences Pane does not work to change the mapping of ⌘Q or ⌘W (setting a different hotkey has no effect in the application). It would be great to change these so those hotkeys could be sent to the Windows guest. I'd prefer to only quit Remote Desktop from the menubar as especially ⌘W is an easy key to accidentally press.

  15. Focus existing session

Most of the time a session is opened as a full screen desktop. There is no indication that I have an open session unless I open the Mission Control (or swipe between desktops), so sometimes I forget that I have opened a session and opens it again by double clicking it in the main application window.

The stupid behaviour is that this program opens a new session in another desktop. Then the existing session gets disconnected, and then a few seconds later the new session gets disconnected because the old session reconnects thinking the connection was dropped by some network…

  16. on desktop alias allow password save

currently on a desktop alias (export from remote desktop) you can save the username but not the password (you can save both within the program. It is a real pain to have to type the password every time

  17. Reconnect button

There should be a reconnect button in the menu somewhere to make it possible re-activate frozen connection due to network failure.

  18. default URL redirection to the host

If an URL is sent to the system, it will look for the default app to open this URL. Like Firefox to open an internet page, or Outlook to open as a mailclient for a mailto: link.
It should be possible to select RDP as default browser or mailclient.
This would result in sending these URL's to the host. The host will open these URL's with it's default browser or mailclient.
Specially with RemoteApps this would be a golden feature.
You use the RemoteApp in conjunction with your local mailclient and browser.

  20. Use Mac shortcuts for Save, Window, Undo and Find (Map Command to Control for keys SWZF)

The existing functionality for Copy, Paste and Cut should have another option setting that extends it to the next most common keys.
